How many books can I borrow at once?

It depends on your plan — Starter allows 3, Reader+ allows 6, and Unlimited has no cap.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, you can pause for up to 2 months a year from Account → Membership → Pause.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 24 hours in serviceable pin codes; branch pickup is same-day.

How do I return a book?

Schedule a free pickup from the app, or drop it at any branch — no need to return to the original one.

What if a book is damaged when it arrives?

Report it within 24 hours via Support and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Account & Billing

What payment methods are accepted?

UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Auto-renewal can be turned off anytime.

Are late fees charged?

A small daily fee applies after a 2-day grace period past your due date, capped per title.
